How to integrate with Asana
Go to Settings β Integrations β And click on Asana!
You can now keep track of all your projects on Asana directly from Akiflow.
- Hit on βConnectβ
- Add your projects
- Configure your import options
..Import your tasks automatically!
Setting up your import options
Once you have connected your Asana account, you can:
- Decide how many days in the past you want to import your tasks from
- Select a Scheduled date to plan automatically your tasks for their start date or due date
- The
Start Date
field is available only for Asana premium plans. - Define the behavior on the mark as done of your tasks imported from Asana
How to configure your Asana Projects in Akiflow
You can choose which projects to import, and for each of them:
- Import subtasks as Akiflow tasks
- To import only tasks assigned to you, or import all tasks.
- Select the sections of your projects you want to import from
From now on, Akiflow will automatically import your Asana tasks. The due date of your Asana task will be imported in Akiflow as the task deadline.
