How to integrate with Notion
Hit on βConnectβ and then choose the pages Akiflow will import your tasks from. Remember, youβll be able to only import from pages of the type database.
Finally, configure the default behaviour(s) of your Notion tasks and add databases in Akiflow and configure them to start importing your tasks
For example, you can choose to import only tasks assigned to you, or those with the βIn Progressβ status. You can tailor your task import experience using these filters.
You can choose which date column in your Notion database will set the planned date or the deadline of your Akiflow tasks.
Notion β Akiflow:
Choose when a task in Notion should be marked as "done" in Akiflow (e.g., when a certain status is selected).
Akiflow β Notion:
Define how Notion should react when you mark a task as "done" or "undone" in Akiflow. You can update specific properties or statuses based on these actions.
What does Akiflow import from Notion?
Akiflow imports your tasks from your connected databases.
- You can choose to import all pages or only those assigned to you by selecting an Assignee Property.
- You can automatically plan your imported tasks in Akiflow for their Notion due date: select a "due date" field in the Notion settings for that database.
- You can set up Custom Rules under Import Filters to import only the tasks you need
