Getting Started 🛠
1. Create Your Team
To start, navigate to your settings by following these steps:
- Click on your Avatar > Settings > My Account
- Click on Create your Team.
- Add your Team Name and Function
2. Invite Your Colleagues
Once your team is created, it's time to bring your colleagues on board. Simply send them an invite directly from the team settings. Here's what happens next:
- Existing Akiflow Users: Their individual subscriptions will be paused, so no individual will be charged while in a team.
- New Users: They'll join the team by creating an Akiflow account.
3. Subscription & Discounts
As the team creator, you'll be the primary billing contact. Here's the deal:
- All members you invite will receive a 40% discount.
- This discount applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Team Roles Explained 👥
In your team, there can be two types of members:
- Admins: Can manage the team, including inviting and removing members, changing plans, updating payment methods, billing information and team deletion.
- Users: Can access and utilize Akiflow's features for personal productivity but cannot alter team settings.
