How to integrate with ClickUp
Go to Settings → Integrations → And click on ClickUp!
You can now keep track of all your ClickUp projects directly from Akiflow.
- Hit on “Connect”
- Add your spaces
- Configure your import options
..Import your tasks automatically!
How to configure your Spaces in Akiflow
Akiflow imports your tasks from your connected teams and selected spaces.
- Import Option: you can choose to import all tasks or only those assigned to you.
- You can Select custom rules for folders to select a completion status for each folder. Akiflow considers all types of “Done” statuses in ClickUp i.e completed, finished etc. hence, we will not import tasks you have marked as “Done”. This allows you to import all undone tasks from ClickUp.
- Select Scheduled date: plan your tasks automatically for their ClickUp start date/due date.
Selecting “None” will push your tasks to your Inbox.
- Select Deadline date: import automatically the deadline from ClickUp to your Akiflow tasks
