How to integrate with Linear
Go to Settings → Integrations → And click on Linear!
You can now keep track of all your Linear projects directly from Akiflow.
- Hit on “Connect”
- Add your issues
- Configure your import options
..Import your tasks automatically!
How to configure your Projects in Akiflow
Akiflow imports your tasks from your connected teams and selected projects.
- Import Option: you can choose to import all tasks or only those assigned to you.
- Select what States to import: Choose the status from which to import tasks into Akiflow.
- Select Completion Statuses: Keep your issues' statuses in sync by providing Akiflow with a “done” and “undone” status.

- Select if to import Linear subtasks as Akiflow tasks
- Decide how to use the Linear due date: import it as the Akiflow plan date, deadline or not use it.
- Behaviour on mark as done: decide what Akiflow should do when you complete a task from Linear:

You can connect as many Linear accounts as you want!

A popup will appear with the following options:

- Pick which Linear tasks to delete:
- Multi-selecting tasks and hit

→ How to bulk edit tasks: - Delete all your tasks
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Connected → Linear
- Click on the button “Delete all Linear tasks”. This action will delete all the tasks imported so far from Linear in Akiflow. Nothing will happen to your source tasks in Linear.
- Disconnect your Linear account by clicking on the bin icon in the top right corner of this page.
- Reconnect Linear by going back to Integrations → Add Native Integration → Linear
- Start from scratch
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Connected → Linear
- Set up your new import options
- Click on the button “Start from scratch”. This action will delete all the tasks imported so far from Linear in Akiflow and then re-import them again according to the new import options. Nothing will happen to your source tasks in Linear.

When you delete a task on Akiflow, nothing happens to the source task in Linear.
‣
Akiflow and Linear are 2-way synched.
Any changes you make in Akiflow to the task's title, due date, priority and status (done/undone) will be reflected on Linear and the other way around!
