Mastering the 'Share Availability' Feature with Akiflow: 📅
Efficiently managing your time and letting others know when you're available is crucial in today's fast-paced work environment. Easily do just that with Akiflow's 'Share Availability' feature.

or click on the 'Share Availability' icon on the top right-hand corner of Akiflow.
🔥 Here you can:
- Check all your active availability slots. Your availability slots will stay active until:
- There are no more available slots in the future
- Your guest has booked a meeting if they are Single use slots
- Create new ones
You can manually select your availability slots (”Manual Slots”) or pick recurrent slots to use over the weeks (”Recurrent Slots”).
Single Slots
Click and drag on your calendar to select the slots you wish to share.

to edit your slots' time zoneYou can then pick your sharing option: copy the booking link only or the availability text as well.
Recurring Slots
Click and drag on your calendar to select the weekly recurrent slots you wish to share.

You can easily share your whole calendar by clicking “Select all work hours”:
🕐 How do I set my work hours?
Go to Settings > Calendar and under View options you can set what time your day starts and ends.
This will also be the basis of Share Availability ‘s Select all work hours setting for recurring availabilities.
