Intro

Hitting Cmd* Space - or your custom shortcut - there are a lot of commands you can use from the Command Bar. Let’s check them out!

Commands on a task selected

Inside Akiflow, on a task selected, you can perform these actions:

• 🗓️ Plan and unschedule a task (remove it from the calendar)
• 📬 Move it back to Inbox
• ✅ Mark as done - or undone - a task
• ➡️ Assign a project, 🏷️ tags, ⏳ duration, or ‼️ priority
• 🌐 Open all the links attached
• 🎯 Set - o remove - the task as a Goal (priority)
• 🔒 Lock or unlock your tasks from the calendar
• 🗑 Delete and restore task
• 🚩 Set or remove a deadline
• 🟰 Duplicate a task
• 🎧 Enter Focus Mode

Commands on an event selected

• 📨 Send an email to the guests
• ❌ Delete the event

General commands

Go to command

Inside Akiflow, hit G to use the Go to command to jump instantly to:

• ⏩ A feature, like ‘Meet With’
• 📄 A view e.g. ‘Upcoming‘
• 📅 A specific date
• ＃ A project page, or a project section
• Hide/Show other calendars

If you are outside Akiflow, type “Go to” in the command bar to access the command.

Other commands

• 🗓️ Edit secondary time zone
• 🗓️ Hide/Show secondary timezone
• 🗓️ Hide or show weekend on the calendar
