📲 Tour of the Mobile App
The main view of the app is your calendar, where you can see and edit your schedule.On this page, you have easy access to all the main features of Akiflow mobile.
- Use the search function 🔍 to glance at your tasks, events and contacts quickly. You can also select tabs to filter between them.
- Use the ⚙️Calendar Settings to configure your mobile app’s view options
- Go to the Calendar account to pick which calendar accounts to show/hide.
- While navigating the calendar, easily jump back to today using the
Today
button
- Click the change view button to switch between your agenda, 1-day, 3-day, week and monthly view!
- You can easily create Tasks, Time Slots and Events using the Create
+
button.

- You can also use Siri to add tasks to Your Inbox with the help of Apple Reminders and iOS Shortcuts.

📨 Share with Akiflow
When you are on a web page and you use the 'share with' feature, you'll see Akiflow among the options.
So you'll quickly create tasks from any page!
You can also copy any link to the task title while creating it.
In both cases, Akiflow will give the task a smart title and add the web page link to the task links.
📶 Can I use the Akiflow mobile app offline?
Yes, you can use Akiflow offline without worrying about your internet connection. All changes will sync automatically once you're back online.
