👋 Meet Aki: Your Personal Assistant

Aki is a WhatsApp-based (for now! coming soon in-app) personal assistant with a friendly, human-like persona.

It helps you manage your tasks, check your inbox, review your calendar, and more—all within the WhatsApp chat interface.

Our goal is to build your personal assistant. It should feel just like a person you’re talking to, who is proactive, focused on your goals and needs and connects to all your tools so it can actually do everything for you.

How can I interact with Aki?

👋 Start a conversation

Don’t stress it, send a simple message like “Hi!”, Aki will respond with a friendly greeting, suggesting ways it can assist you.

✏️ Language - Text

Aki supports 50+ languages, just chat with Aki!

🎙️ Language - Voice

Send a voice message, Aki supports 30+ languages and will transcribe everything you say.

No need to type, ask Aki to do anything on the go!

What can Aki do?

1. ✔️ Create and edit tasks

Create tasks with Aki is quick and easy.

Aki will confirm your request and log it in your calendar or task list.

Supported fields: title, date and time, duration, recurrence, description, deadline and priority.

Try: "Aki, remind me to pick up the dry cleaning after work today.” Try: "Build a weekly running schedule and remind me to stretch afterwards."

2. 📆 Create and edit events

Create an event in a second!

Supported fields: title, date and time (including all-day events) and guests!

Try: "Create a meeting with Ben Fri 9am to review the new design" Try: "Aki, create an event when I’m free tomorrow to go grocery shopping!”

ℹ️ Notes:

• For now, events creation will work only on the primary calendar of each of the calendar accounts connected
• Aki will try to determine the calendar to use based on the name, but you can give it direction about what to use.

3. 👀 Check and edit your schedule

Keep track of your schedule with Aki, and move things around as you need!

Aki can see your tasks, time slots and events and move tasks for you.

4. 🗓️ Plan tasks

If you need to reschedule a task, Aki can move it to a new date and time.

Try: "Aki, move 'Prepare presentation' to tomorrow at 10 AM." Try: "Aki, move 'Pick up dry cleaning' to when I am free next Monday."

5. 📥 Check your Inbox

Aki helps you stay on top of your Inbox tasks. Check what you have on your plate.

Try: "Aki, check my inbox." Try: "Aki, summarize my Inbox tasks."

6. ✅ Marking tasks as done

Mark tasks as done on the go!

Try: "Aki, mark 'Call plumber' as completed."

7. 🌤️ Weather support

Stay on top of the forecast while planning your day! Aki can even suggest the weather based on your activity.

Aki remembers important information you share throughout your conversations. This memory allows it to personalize future interactions. Aki will also update or delete this information anytime, ensuring it stays accurate and aligned with your needs.

12. 🤖 Automate tasks

💡Imagine having Aki automatically:

• ☀️ Deliver your daily weather forecast each morning
• 📅 Review your schedule for conflicting events
• 💰 Monitor Bitcoin prices and alert you when it drops below $80k
• 📊 Provide a daily overview of your schedule
• 🏃‍♂️ Check tomorrow's weather and schedule your morning run

🔧 Simply phrase your request with timing words like:

• ⏰ "remind me of this every day"
• 📅 "do that every Monday"

You can set up any of Aki's existing capabilities (tasks, events, scheduling, weather, currency tracking) to run automatically on a recurring basis. You'll receive the results via WhatsApp 📱.

If multiple automations run within 15 minutes of each other, Aki will smartly combine them into a single message to avoid spam.

Important Notes ℹ️

1. WhatsApp Messages 📲: You'll need to interact with Aki at least once every 24 hours to receive automated messages.
2. Response Handling 🤔: Automations will run until they produce output text. If Aki needs additional information (like your location for weather updates), you'll receive that question as the automation output.

This will enable scenarios like:

• 🤝 "After every investor meeting, remind me to write a recap"
• 🎁 "Two weeks before any birthday, remind me to get a gift"

Just ask "What are my automations?" 🔍

🚨 Current Limitations

• 🗓️ Recurring Events: Aki can't create recurring events as for now, but you can change single instances of existing ones. Meaning it will just change one element of the series (the same as choosing “only this” when editing a recurring event). This can be applied to multiple instances, but not to the entire series, or to “all future events”
• 🗃️ Time Slots: While Aki can show you your Time Slots, it currently cannot create or edit them for you. However, this feature is coming soon.
• #️⃣ Projects and 🏷️ Tags: Aki currently does not have the possibility of assigning Projects or 🏷️Tags
• 🤖 Automations: Currently, automations can't create other automations.
