📆 Planned time
P on a selected task to plan it for the date and time you want to execute it.
=, depending on your keyboard layout, to edit a task duration.
You can create recurrent tasks by selecting the task recurrence.
🔒 Lock Time on Calendar
Lock a task in the calendar to block time on your Google Calendar.
TAB to jump right to the task title after opening the task popup.
< to set the deadline for your task. Read more:
E on a selected task or click on the ☑️ to mark it as done.
Take notes directly on your task using rich text formatting.
! on a selected task or click on the 🏳️ icon to edit its priority.
🎯 Goal for the day
H* on a selected task or click on the 🎯 icon to make the task a Goal for the day.

You can also add links manually from here.
Hit the letter
O on selected tasks to open all links, or
cmd/ctrl+ O to copy the primary one.

By setting up integrations, you will automatically collect tasks in the Inbox from your favourite tools and check information from the source task directly from this field.
